The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of a client-focused management team, engaging in a wide range of projects across many sectors including residential, mixed-use, commercial, leisure, education, industrial, logistics, research, and labs across the private and public sectors. You will ensure delivery of a variety of project exposure while acting as a specialist M&E consultant.

This role offers a varied workload, providing the Quantity Surveyor with comprehensive exposure to all aspects of project management. You will oversee the regional property and infrastructure budget, optimize resource allocation, and foster interdepartmental cooperation. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making, quality assurance, and robust health and safety practices.
