Role Overview

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will support Water and Environment projects, delivering complex infrastructure schemes. Your responsibilities include providing commercial support, managing contracts, risk management, developing client relationships, and ensuring technical standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Support water companies in large capital programmes and environmental improvements.
• Provide commercial and contractual support for projects.
• Develop accurate cost estimates, manage procurement strategies, and ensure contract compliance.
• Manage project risks and develop client relationships.
• Ensure technical and legal standards are met, and make well-reasoned decisions.

Minimum Requirements

• Chartered Surveyor (MRICS preferred) with a degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience with NEC Contracts and infrastructure projects.
• Contract management skills and experience in consultancy or contracting environments.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
