Overview

Equans UK & Ireland is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Greater Manchester. This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week. The package includes a competitive salary, car allowance, bonus, and benefits.

This role is ideal for an experienced senior quantity surveyor in social housing or local authority sectors, or an experienced quantity surveyor seeking career progression.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day commercial control, reporting, and management of multiple projects from award to final account.
• Lead a team of quantity surveyors, ensuring effective commercial control, timely documentation, CVRs, budget forecasts, contribution action plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely procurement of sub-trades and suppliers, and manage final accounts, variations, extensions of time, and claims.
