Rosetta Group is a dynamic and growing construction and property business made up of three core divisions:

- Rosetta Surveyors LLP – providing quantity surveying, project management, and bank monitoring services to funders and developers.

- Rosetta Contracting Ltd – delivering high-quality construction projects as main contractor, both for clients and for Rosetta Homes.

- Rosetta Homes Ltd – our in-house development arm, acquiring land, securing planning, building through Rosetta Contracting, and selling completed schemes.

The Group works across residential, commercial, and bespoke new-build projects, combining professional consultancy with hands-on delivery.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, located in Old Knebworth. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks including cost control, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role requires ensuring projects are well planned, properly resourced, and effectively communicated to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Cost Control and Cost Management skills

Proficiency in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Experience in construction and development projects

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

Working Pattern

Full-time, permanent

100% office-based – no hybrid or remote working

Office location: Unit 1, The Woodyard, Old Knebworth, SG3 6P
