Senior Quantity Surveyor required in Nottingham to manage the commercial aspects of refurbishment and social housing projects. Qualifications

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Experience across social housing, refurbishment, maintenance, residential or similar sectors.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Experience managing subcontractors and project costs.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• A relevant Quantity Surveying / Construction qualification is desirable.
