Exciting Opportunity for Quantity Surveyors in Durham!

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a passion for major infrastructure projects within the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy, or Nuclear sectors? Our award-winning consultancy client has multiple permanent opportunities waiting for you!

These roles are perfect for professionals with 3 to 10 years of QS experience who thrive in Natural Resources or Major Infrastructure Projects. Based in Durham with hybrid working, you'll need a relevant Construction HNC or Degree qualification and a proven track record in sectors like Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy, or Nuclear, Power/Major Infrastructure Projects.

Your role will encompass procurement, creating estimates, assembling pre-tender contracts, and moving through the entire project lifecycle to ensure successful post-contract completion. Managing your own client workload, being contractually knowledgeable, and a strong negotiator are key. Experience in business development is advantageous, and APC qualification or working towards it is welcomed.
