Job summary

Euro London is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor near Slough for a growing specialist construction business. The role covers pre-contract through to final account with a strong focus on commercial delivery. The position is hybrid and salary is around £85,000 depending on experience.

You will oversee commercial management across full project lifecycles, interfacing with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to optimise value and risk control.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Strong background in construction and civils/groundworks.
• Experience working with JCT and NEC forms of contract.
• Proven experience with CVRs, cost reporting and forecasting.
• Extensive experience in procurement and subcontract management.
• Strong experience managing final accounts.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction or related discipline.
• MRICS qualification is desirable.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing specialist construction business near Slough.

This is a key commercial role for an experienced QS who is confident managing projects from pre-contract through to final account, with strong experience across both construction and civils/groundworks. The role is hybrid and the salary is around £85,000 depending on experience.

The Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects, working closely with operational teams, clients, subcontractors and senior management.

You will be involved across the full project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• MRICS qualification is desirable
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
