Qualifications

• Essential: Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Strong commercial awareness and risk management skills.
• Confident communicator with proven stakeholder engagement experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage workload across multiple projects.
• Understanding of Health & Safety implications in commercial environments.
• Desirable: Background in mechanical & electrical quantity surveying within building services.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

About the Role Dalkia UK is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial projects team. In this role, you'll manage all cost-related aspects of our contracts-from initial calculations to final account-ensuring profitability and effective cost control. You'll work closely with internal teams and our supply chain to manage risk, improve margin, and maintain our reputation for quality and accountability. This is an exciting
