• Contribute to the successful delivery of new build projects.

The Company:
Are you an Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role/challenge?
Do you have experience within the Industrial/Warehouse or Leisure sector?
Our client are a fledgling Main Contractor with a regional office located along the M1 corridor. They currently enjoy a turnover of £70million and operate within 3 key sectors; Leisure, Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature.

Having recently secured 2 New Build projects with contract value of £15m each, it is an ideal time for client to strengthen their Commercial Team with the introduction of a Senior QS. You will have an AQS working closely with you and you will report directly to the Commercial Director/Owner.

About You:
•Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £10 million.
• Previous experience as an Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Reside within commutable distance of Reading.
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
