A premier UK traditional house builder and developer is seeking a commercially sharp and proactive Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Redhill on a long-term contract basis. The regional pipeline is heavily active, fast-paced, and growing.
This role requires a hands-on commercial professional who can integrate quickly into a high-volume environment. We are seeking either a seasoned professional with around 15+ years of residential experience or a high-energy, proactive commercial surveyor with the drive and capability to hit the ground running from day one.
Day Rate: £350 - £400 / day (Depending on Experience).
IR35: Outside IR35 contract available.
Duration: Long-term assignment offering exceptional job stability on active schemes.
Parking: Free on-site parking provided.
Environment: Dynamic, high-volume environment within a well-established developer.
