Job summary

Fortis Search is seeking talented individuals from Quantity Surveyor through to Associate to join its Data Centre team across the UK and Europe, delivering complex, mission-critical projects in a fast-growing sector.

You’ll work alongside experienced cost and commercial professionals, providing strategic advice across the full project lifecycle, with clear paths from QS to Associate and exposure to major, technically advanced data centre developments.

Qualifications

• Strong consultancy-side cost management / quantity surveying experience.
• Experience across pre- and post-contract stages.
• Background in Data Centres, Mission Critical, Infrastructure, Industrial, Commercial or similarly complex sectors.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• MRICS status or a clear pathway towards chartership.
• Ambition to develop within a specialist and growing sector.

Who We're Looking For

We’re keen to speak with surveyors who have:
