Global Property Developer - Senior Quantity Surveyor - Basic £80,000-£90,000 + Bonus - Manchester

Ideally an ASAP start!

My client has an impressive global portfolio across residential and commercial schemes, this particular opening is for an established SQS/QS to support on a couple of major Residential schemes in Manchester.

Key Summary

To take full commercial ownership of projects from pre-contract through to final account, ensuring financial performance is maximized while maintaining strong client and supply chain relationships. Commercial management of multiple projects, providing mentorship to all members of the team.

• Manage all the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from tender stage through to final account settlement
• To Prepare, submit and negotiate interim valuations and applications for payment in accordance with contract terms
• Procure and to manage subcontractor and supplier packages, including negotiation, letting, and agreement of final accounts
