Role: My client is seeking an ambitious and determined Project Quantity Surveyor to join their ever-growing team in Leeds. The successful candidate will manage a wide variety of projects across sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, and Regeneration. They should be confident in running projects autonomously and serving as the main point of contact between clients and contractors.

Candidate:

• Consultancy background preferred; candidates with a mixed professional background will also be considered.
• Currently pursuing your APC (desired but not essential).
• Knowledge of the full construction process, from inception to completion.
• Experience with projects in property-based sectors.
