This company are a reputable and industry leading consultancy of professionals who are renowned for their high quality working with an extensively large portfolio of projects ranging from residential, commercial, education, heritage, retail and regeneration sectors. Looking to expand the business with exciting projects on the cards, our client pride themselves on encouraging a friendly environment whilst delivering a bespoke service to their clientele.

In this role you will be based in either their Epping or Cambridge office working on site with flexible hybrid working available. You will undertake detailed budget estimates and cost plans, prepare bill of quantities, prepare tender documents and tender evaluations, compiling reports and delivering effective cost management.

The ideal candidate must come from a Consultancy background and will have broad technical knowledge of quantity surveying. You will ideally have experience working on a variety of projects and want to progress to pursue Chartership, however this is not essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join a rapidly expanding company with an increasing workload and an abundance of new business on the horizon.

The Role:

-Senior Quantity Surveyor
-Working on a mixed portfolio of projects ranging from residential to regeneration
-Bill of Quantities
-Meeting Clients
-Producing Take offs
-Preparing Tender Documents
-Conducting Tender Evaluations

Requirements:

-Minimum 3-5 years quantity surveying experience
-Consultancy Background
-Good IT skills - proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Driving License
