Your responsibilities:

Based on site as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a new build education project.

• Accurately valuing, certifying, and issuing relevant payment notices for subcontract works in accordance with the subcontract conditions.
• Ensuring external valuations are submitted per the main contract conditions and that payments are received by the due date.
• Completing CVC reports to reflect the current site position and final profit projections.
• Building strong relationships with supply chain, consultants, and clients to identify potential disputes early and implement effective resolutions.
• Collaborating with the project team and senior commercial staff to meet or exceed project budget targets.

Your experience will include:

• Experience in fit-out or student accommodation projects is preferable but not essential.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
