Job summary

ReWork Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a forward-thinking construction consultancy near Bank Station. You will manage projects across the M25, spanning Leisure and Healthcare sectors, from concept to completion.

The role includes pre and post-contract duties, tenders, cost planning, feasibility, procurement advice, and acting as the client’s single point of contact. You will own projects from start to finish with director support available.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or working toward MRICS.
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy / client side in the UK.
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on multiple projects within the M25 across Leisure and Healthcare sectors.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to completion.
• Lead pre- and post-contract duties including tenders, cost planning, feasibility studies and procurement advice.

Job description

A small but forward-thinking construction consultancy based near Bank Station, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team.

Working in multiple sectors, they are well established and benefit from regular repeat business.

Having grown from 5 to 30 in the last 10 years, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor would be joining a business who have ambitions to be a leading force within the industry.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will deliver on multiple projects, all contained within the M25. These will range in value and will span multiple sectors including Leisure and Healthcare.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the whole project lifecycle from concept to completion. You will be involved in pre and post contract duties including Tenders, Cost planning, feasibility studies and procurement advice. You will act as the client’s single point of contact.

As this is a smaller business, you will have ownership of the project from start to finish, although Director level support is always available.

The requirements of the Quantity Surveyor

• Preferably MRICS (or aspiring to)
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy / client side in the UK
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
