Kier Group plc is seeking a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Mechanical and Electrical team in Glasgow for a flagship project valued at £180M. The role involves overseeing commercial management of MEP packages, ensuring profitable delivery and facilitating ongoing project success. Applicants should possess a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying and hold a full UK driving license.
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to work within our Kier Mechanical and Electrical team on a flagship project in Glasgow
Location: Glasgow, HMP Glasgow Project
Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday, flexible options can be discussed.
What will you be responsible for?
As Senior Project Quantity Surveyor you will work within a tight knit team that will oversee £180M worth of MEP packages on one of Scotlands largest construction schemes. The project QS will undertake commercial management of the assigned packages of work overseeing the sub contract supply chain to ensure profitable delivery of the MEP elements of the wider project.
