We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join one of our main clients delivering, fast-paced retail fit-out projects across the UK.

Role Overview:

• Manage project costs from tender to final account

• Work closely with project managers and site teams

• Handle subcontractor procurement, valuations, and reporting

• Travel to sites nationwide as required

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in construction or fit-out (retail preferred)

• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Full UK driving licence
