Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Engineering.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car for business travel.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others in a commercial team.
• Strong Excel skills and experience of forecasting, Cost Value Reconciliation reporting, and financial reporting.
• Experience of mentoring and supervising others in a commercial team.
• Ideally, professional membership with RICS, CIPS, or ICE preferred.
• Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts and contract strategies, or similar forms.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site with project teams to deliver success.

The Senior QS Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be a trusted commercial advisor, shaping outcomes on complex client projects. You will provide strategic commercial insight, lead on contract and commercial management, and work closely with delivery teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure every project stays on track and delivers value.

Your role goes beyond traditional consultancy. You’ll identify smarter ways of working, drive process improvements, and collaborate directly with stakeholders to resolve challenges and unlock opportunities. About You
