Part of RSK Group Ltd, we are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Bristol for a full-time permanent role. Our expertise allows us to guide clients through contracting processes with a complete package of services.

Requirements:

• Experience in pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties.
• BSc (Hons) degree accredited by RICS or equivalent.
• Professionally qualified or working towards membership with RICS, CIArb, or CIOB.
• Full Driving Licence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage pre- and post-contract quantity surveying tasks.
• Support tendering and procurement, including managing pre-qualification, tender list, preliminaries, tender analysis, and contractual documentation.
• Conduct cost checks and valuations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist the Commercial Manager and project team in managing client expectations.
• Oversee financial and commercial delivery, including payment applications, cash flow management, change control, and final account negotiations.
• Contribute to financial reporting, cost reconciliation, cash forecasts, and final costs.

Salary and Benefits:
