Fortem are seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Projects division in Bristol on a permanent, full-time basis. You will lead the commercial management for a £16m retrofit refurbishment contract across four high-rise buildings, including scaffolding and cladding works.
You will be responsible for contract entitlement, cash flow, budgeting, and governance, with a focus on delivering value and strong stakeholder management.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and professional Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Projects division. This is a permanent, full time position and is based in Bristol. The Senior QS will have a key role in our commercial management function, providing proactive and timely support.
This will be working within our recently secured contract in partnership with Bristol City Council, delivering a £16m Retrofit refurbishment project across 4 high rise buildings which will include scaffolding mass climbers, cladding renewals and associated works.
