About This Position

• Lead a team of quantity surveyors working on rail projects, providing guidance and support to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with project managers, rail engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide procurement advice, develop estimates, tender documentation, and evaluation tools in collaboration with customers.
• Offer technical support on contract interpretation, negotiation, and broader commercial strategies for internal and external clients.
• Lead and improve change management, commercial forecasting, and reporting, working closely with other teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and contractual obligations, including those specific to rail infrastructure and government procurement.
• Identify opportunities to add value in customer delivery and future propositions.
