Senior Quantity Surveyor - Liverpool-Based Contractor

Hays Construction is delighted to be working alongside an experienced and established Liverpool-based Contractor in recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Based in Merseyside, this Contractor operates across the UK but maintains strong roots in Liverpool. They are seeking an experienced and committed Quantity Surveyor to support their commercial team and drive growth within the business. With a solid foundation, clear vision, and leadership strategy, this organization manages a busy order book with several high-profile repeat national customers and local projects around Liverpool.

You will be an accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in new build and refurbishment projects, responsible for the full end-to-end QS cycle, including final accounts.

In addition to traditional QS responsibilities, you will work on project pricing, costing schemes, and tenders.

You should be proficient in pricing works, working on tenders and pre-contract activities, and experienced with JCT contracts, as most projects are under this framework. You must be a strong commercial professional.
