2025 looks set to be a super busy year in the Industrial & Logistics space, our Q1 pipeline is massive. We are building teams for multiple Main Contractors across the UK. One of our leading clients has asked to supply them with a top-class Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on projects across the Midlands region. A hybrid role, you will work from a Head Office in the East Midlands, from site, and from home. Project values range from £10-50m in value typically. This is a six-month contract with the potential to roll and roll.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Preconstruction support where necessary
2. Subcontractor procurement
3. Commercial Management
4. CVRs
5. Final Accounts

Senior Quantity Surveyor Experience Required:

1. Minimum 10 years' career experience
2. Top Main Contractor / Major Project experience
3. Previous Distribution Centre project experience - desirable
4. Degree educated or similar
5. Excellent communication skills
