Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take charge of all costs and income within your area of responsibility, ensuring we deliver exceptional value without compromising on quality. You’ll:

  • Manage procurement, negotiate with subcontractors, and oversee customer contracts.
  • Critically analyse tenders, prepare activity schedules, and review complex programmes.
  • Lead commercial reporting and financial reconciliation for senior project staff.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members, from apprentices to graduates.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors, customers, and stakeholders.


Who we're looking for

  • A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience).
  • Chartered status (MRICS, MCInstCES, or MCIOB) – or actively working towards it.
  • A CSCS Card (Professionally Qualified Person).
  • Proven experience in construction, ideally with a knack for managing costs and teams on high-stakes projects.
  • A passion for problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering results.
