Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: London, England

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's Structures team on the CP7 framework in their London office on a permanent basis.

Our client is an industry leader within the Civil Engineering space and has worked on large-scale projects across the UK.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing the delivery of a number of structure packages across the framework at varying stages.
2. Supporting junior staff with identifying and managing risks within the contract.
3. Producing client and internal forecasts.
4. Building strong relationships with internal suppliers and clients.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience working as a Project Quantity Surveyor or higher.
2. Previous experience with Tier 1/2 Contractors.
3. Experience with NEC3/4 contracts.
4. Holds relevant HND in subjects including building/construction, urban, civil, or land studies.
5. Experience within the Civils/Rail sectors is advantageous.
