You will shape the organisation’s risk governance, lead assurance activities, and contribute to ORSA and risk reporting. Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the integrated assurance agenda by defining review scopes, completing assurance activities, and producing insightful, high-quality reports.
• Lead risk discussions and provide objective challenge to stakeholders, offering clear, actionable recommendations that improve decision making.
• Define and oversee the organisation’s risk appetite, tolerances, and key risk indicators, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting to governance committees and the Board.
• Contribute to the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA), ensuring it drives informed, risk-based strategic decisions.
• Monitor emerging risks and market developments, assessing their implications for the business and supporting proactive risk management across the organisation.
