Job summary

Enshore Subsea Ltd is seeking a Welding & Fabrication Quality Assurance professional to act as technical authority for weld quality across supply chain, assets and projects. The role requires compliance with ISO/ASME standards and close collaboration with QA, engineering and procurement.

The candidate will review WPS/PQR, witness inspections, manage NCRs, support ITPs and contribute to QMS improvements. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with professional certifications (IWE/CWEng).
• Weld inspection experience, CSWIP 3.2 preferred.
• Experience reviewing WPS/WPQR and welder qualifications.
• Knowledge of welding/fabrication standards ISO 15614, ISO 9606, ISO 3834, ASME IX.
• Experience reviewing NDT documentation and reports.
• Familiarity with ISO 9712 and NDT schemes.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist welding QA/QC support to projects and fabrication activities.
• Review, assess, and approve WPS, PQR/WPQR, and welder qualifications.
• Witness inspections and manage NCRs and corrective actions.
• Contribute to ITPs, ITT plans, and quality documentation.
• Support QMS/IMS maintenance and internal audits.
• Perform supplier and fabricator quality surveillance and reviews.
