Agincare is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance and improvement across a diverse portfolio of services. Reporting to the Group Quality Director, you will translate regulatory requirements into consistent practice at service level and drive a culture of quality improvement across the organisation.

This senior, hands-on role requires regular travel and a commitment to delivering inspection readiness and governance excellence.

Competenze

• Strong regulatory knowledge and a proven track record in health or social care.
• Experience in a senior quality, governance or regulatory role.
• Background across services, especially Learning Disabilities and Supported Living.

Mansioni

• Lead delivery of the quality assurance and improvement programme.
• Ensure consistent implementation of audit frameworks.
• Drive inspection readiness, including preparation, support and recovery.
• Provide expert input into high‑risk or complex services.
