Position Overview

Due to an internal promotion on the PPP (Programme & Project Partners) consortium, we are seeking an inspirational Senior Quality Manager to lead our QA/QC team, which includes apprentices and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain standards, governance, legal requirements, and assurance with clients and suppliers.
2. Innovate and improve work processes.
3. Monitor performance and manage audits.
4. Manage risk-based schedule reviews.
5. Develop and maintain relationships internally and across the consortium.
6. Nurture and develop the QA/QC team.

Qualifications

Recognized qualification in an Engineering/Construction discipline; membership of CQI is preferred.

Required Skills

• Experience with relevant quality management system standards (ISO 9001).
• Experience in root cause analysis, implementing preventative measures, and verification of their effectiveness.
• Experience in risk-based QA/QC arrangements within the supply chain.
• Effective report writing and communication skills.
• Proven experience managing QA/QC personnel in an EPC/EPCC environment.
