Due to an internal promotion on the PPP (Programme & Project Partners) consortium, we are seeking an inspirational Senior Quality Manager to lead our QA/QC team, which includes apprentices and engineers.
You will ensure maintenance of standards, governance, legal compliance, and assurance with clients and suppliers. You will seek new ways to improve our work processes, monitor performance, manage audits, oversee risk-based schedule reviews, and develop relationships internally and across the consortium.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, strong planning and delegation abilities, and a desire to nurture and develop their team to uphold our reputation on the PPP project.
Qualifications:
A recognised qualification in an Engineering/Construction discipline and membership of CQI is preferred.
