Due to an internal promotion on the PPP (Programme & Project Partners) consortium, we are seeking an inspirational Senior Quality Manager to lead our QA/QC team, which includes apprentices and engineers.

You will ensure maintenance of standards, governance, legal requirements, and assurance with clients and suppliers. You will seek new ways to improve workflows, monitor performance, manage audits, oversee risk-based schedule reviews, and develop relationships internally and across the consortium.

Ideal candidates will have well-developed communication skills, exceptional planning and delegation abilities, and a desire to nurture and develop their team to uphold our reputation on the PPP project.

Qualifications

Recognized qualification in an Engineering/Construction discipline; membership of CQI is preferred.

Required Skills

• Experience with relevant quality management system standards (ISO 9001)
• Experience in root cause investigation, learning, proposing improvements, and verifying preventative measures
• Experience in implementing risk-based QA/QC arrangements within the supply chain
• Effective report writing and communication skills
• Proven experience managing QA/QC personnel within an EPC/EPCC environment
