Enterprise Recruitment Limited is seeking a Head of Quality for a 6-month+ contract in Leominster. The role requires hands-on leadership on the shop floor and strategic direction with senior stakeholders across engineering, production and supply chain.

Immediate impact and driving improvements across quality systems and culture are key. Experience in regulated engineering/manufacturing sectors is highly desirable, with a focus on embedding best practice and ensuring quality is a shared

Qualifications

• Significant senior quality leadership experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems.
• Experience implementing or transforming Quality Management Systems.
• Experience in low-volume, high-complexity or regulated environments.
• Ability to lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborative leader with cross-functional influence.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive quality management system across site.
• Lead investigations, corrective actions, and RCA.
• Develop teams and quality capability.
• Partner with engineering, production, procurement and leadership.
• Provide strategic direction while hands-on on shop floor.
