Job summary

Bestman Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join a specialist Automation team in a large, highly regulated financial services environment. The role blends hands-on engineering with automation strategy, standards and adoption across multiple delivery teams.

You will design and maintain automation frameworks, support delivery teams with automation requirements, and help shape the wider Test Automation roadmap and capability across the testing community.

Qualifications

• Hands-on test automation with strong engineering background.
• Experience building frameworks from scratch in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of BDD and TDD practices.
• Ability to lead automation strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own, design and develop Test Automation Frameworks and artefacts.
• Build reusable automation services; establish standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with delivery and testing teams to boost quality and speed.
• Support adoption of automation frameworks across testing communities.
• Shape Test Automation strategy, vision and roadmap.
• Manage automation priorities, plans, benefits and metrics.
