Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for a site-based role in Normanton, West Yorkshire. You will own quality improvement activities, lead investigations into customer complaints and non-conformances, and drive corrective actions across Production, Engineering and Procurement teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of ISO 9001, FMEA, and Control Plans, with experience in audits and quality data analysis. This is a full-time, permanent position with salary up to £50,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Quality Engineering within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality mgmt systems.
• Experience leading root cause investigations and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Own site quality performance and improvement activities.
• Lead investigations into customer complaints and non-conformances.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead or support FMEA, Control Plans and validation activities.
• Support audits and supplier quality alignment.
• Analyse quality data and drive reduction in defects and scrap.
