Job summary

More To Motor is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality across production, engineering, suppliers and customers, implementing robust corrective actions and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

You will develop, implement and maintain quality systems, investigate issues using structured problem-solving methods, and lead root-cause analyses to enable corrective actions in line with APQP requirements. Collaboration with production and engineering will be key.

Qualifications

• Experience in a quality engineering role within a regulated sector (automotive, aerospace, defence, energy).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured approaches.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems.
• Investigate quality issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure APQP requirements and zero-defect launches.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to improve product quality.
• Support quality activities for NPI concepts from concept to release.
