Drive Medical in the UK is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to strengthen our Quality Management System and ensure products meet customer and regulatory expectations.

You will lead investigations, CAPAs, audits, and cross‑functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, Design, Purchasing and Customer Services.

A background in ISO 9001/14001/13485, Lean Six Sigma, and problem‑solving tools is essential; the role offers diverse career growth and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years' experience in Quality Engineering or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience leading root-cause investigations and CAPAs.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into customer complaints and non-conformances.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) delivering sustainable improvements.
• Coordinate internal audits and quality performance monitoring.
• Mentor colleagues and act as QA point of contact across functions.
