Qualifications

Cadillac Formula 1 is preparing for the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship with a focus on building a high-performance culture. We are assembling a team of top engineering, design, and off-track specialists to compete at the highest level.

We are seeking a Senior Quality Control Inspector at our Silverstone facility. The role involves executing quality inspections on composite and metallic components, ensuring standards are met, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Lead detailed dimensional inspections and in-process and final inspections on components and assemblies.
• Use measurement and testing equipment, including CMMs, Portable Arms, calipers, micrometers, gauges, and visual inspection techniques.
• Record inspection results in compliance with quality standards.
• Identify non-conformances, support corrective actions, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Develop inspection plans and quality documentation.
• Support production troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior inspectors.
• Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement process improvements for inspection workflows.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of quality control/inspection experience in motorsport or manufacturing.
• Experience with Polyworks, PC-DMIS, CMMs, Portable Arms, and Trackers.
• Understanding of quality assurance principles and standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
