Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead Quality, Compliance, Food Safety and Quality Systems across Lincoln and Elsham sites, while overseeing customer complaints processes and audits. You will drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory and standard compliance throughout the manufacturing network.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, with collaboration across Quality, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to

Qualifications

• Leadership of quality, compliance and food safety across multisite manufacturing.
• Experience delivering audits to BRCGS/ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing quality activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality, Compliance, Food Safety and Quality Systems across Lincoln and Elsham sites.
• Oversee QA, Compliance teams and Complaints Coordinators across sites.
• Own customer complaints process with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure audit readiness and ongoing regulatory and standard compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to quality performance and waste reduction.
• Monitor KPI trends, audits, and supplier quality performance.
