Qualifications

• Senior Quality & Compliance leadership in HSQE environments.
• Regulatory/statutory compliance expertise.
• Track record leading audits, inspections and certification.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the Quality & Compliance strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Be the senior authority on quality, compliance and assurance.
• Advise and challenge senior leaders and the Board.
• Own and maintain the integrated management system (ISO 9001/14001/45001).
• Embed practical, user-focused processes across the business.
• Oversee document control, change control and system governance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and client requirements.
• Lead internal audits and external certifications; close non-conformances (CAPA).
• Drive root cause analysis and improvements; monitor KPIs and reporting.
