As a Senior Data Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data within our organisation. You'll develop and implement data quality standards, processes, and best practices to maintain high data quality throughout the data lifecycle. Your expertise in data validation, testing methodologies, and quality assurance techniques will contribute to successful data-driven initiatives and help us make informed decisions, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to establish data quality criteria and provide guidance on data quality best practices, tools, and technologies. This role is based in our London office. We offer a hybrid working approach called "The Blend," providing flexibility to work from home and the office as needed.
You will design and execute data validation strategies, conduct data quality assessments, and create dashboards to monitor data quality metrics. You will work with data engineering teams to implement automated data quality checks and perform root cause analysis for data issues. Additionally, you'll assist product teams with testing data transformation and integration processes, staying updated on emerging trends to enhance data quality practices.
