La Fosse has teamed up with a fast-growing and well-established client in the financial sector. We're on the lookout for an Automation Test Lead who’s passionate about quality engineering, thrives on innovation, and is ready to take ownership of robust automation initiatives across multiple teams.

This is a hands role, where your input will directly influence the evolution of testing strategy and practices. You’ll be building modern, scalable test frameworks and championing best-in-class testing standards using cutting-edge tools.

Key requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java (Python or other also considered).
• Proven track record with Selenium and other automation tools.
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools – Jenkins, GitLab, etc.
• Exposure to low-code/no-code automation platforms is a big plus.
• Familiarity with Katalon Studio or similar tools is highly desirable.

What You’ll Be Doing:
