Job summary

A strategic insights consultancy is seeking an Associate Director/Director with qualitative research expertise to lead gaming-related projects. The role demands strong storytelling abilities and stakeholder management skills, requiring experience in qualitative research, preferably in gaming or entertainment. As this role is fully remote, it allows a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate will influence strategic directions and contribute to culturally rich projects within a trust-based working model.

Qualifications

• Experience in qualitative research, ideally agency-side.
• Gaming experience strongly preferred, entertainment/media experience also considered.
• Strong strategic thinker with planning and brand sensibility.
• Excellent writer and storyteller.
• Confident in managing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end qualitative research projects from design to debrief.
• Develop new game and IP concepts.
• Synthesize player and audience insights.
• Write and present high-quality narratives for stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with strategy and quantitative teams.
