Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Qualified Person to join a leading pharmaceutical CDMO in the South East of the UK. You will certify and release finished medicinal products in a GMP-compliant environment, with a focus on oral solid dosage forms.

The role offers a collaborative quality team, opportunities to mentor trainees, and a direct impact on medicines reaching patients while upholding high standards in regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Chemistry / QA / Quality Management.
• Proven experience as a Qualified Person within a licensed pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of GMP regulations and certification processes for medicinal products.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Qualified Person to certify and release finished medicinal products, ideally Oral Solid Dosage products, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Quality on significant quality issues and maintain shared responsibility for batch certification.
• Review and approve non-conformance reports (NCRs & LIRs) to support continuous improvement.
• Provide GMP advice and guidance across various departments within the business.
• As the Qualified Person, mentor quality colleagues and support the development of Trainee QPs.
