Job summary

SRG is seeking a Senior Qualification & Validation (Q&V) Specialist for our Central Scotland site. The role focuses on governance and compliance across Q&V and Periodic Review activities to support GMP-regulated manufacturing.

You will own key Q&V quality system elements, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to UK/EU/US GMP/GDP, ICH and ISPE guidelines, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Technical or scientific qualification relevant to the role or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of qualification and validation systems.
• Experience in audits and regulatory inspections.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support validation projects and improve policies and templates.
• Oversee project plans and milestones to meet compliance.
• Coordinate resourcing for validation across the site.
• Provide validation guidance to site, Q&V team and third parties.
• Develop validation documentation and facilitate reviews.
• Support protocol execution and reporting.
• Oversee Periodic Review activities and SVMP management.
• Deliver training on validation topics.
