Job summary

Lancashire Double Glazing Group seeks an experienced Senior QSHE Advisor to own Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental management across the business. You will work with manufacturing, installation and office teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements while driving continuous improvement in QSHE performance.

You will maintain and develop the integrated management system to meet ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards, promoting a positive safety culture and practical

Qualifications

• Standalone QSHE role supporting manufacturing, installation and offices.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent required.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Review and update health, safety, environmental and quality procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation, industry standards and company requirements.
• Lead operational teams in implementing QSHE policies and procedures across manufacturing facilities, offices and project sites.
• Develop, review and communicate standard operating procedures (SOPs), safe systems of work and management system documentation.
• Monitor legislative and industry changes, providing practical guidance to the business where required.
