Job summary

Metric Geo seeks UK-based Quantity Surveyors willing to relocate to the United States to work on major data centre developments across Tulsa, Omaha, Kansas City, Dallas and Amarillo.

The role offers a base salary range, relocation support, and a 10% annual bonus. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are provided as part of the package, targeting strong candidates with 5+ years of QS experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience delivering complex commercial, infrastructure, or major construction projects.
• Strong commercial and cost management experience.
• Must hold a British Passport.
• Open to relocating to the United States.
