Job summary

Metric Geo, a UK-based consultancy, seeks UK Quantity Surveyors for relocation to the United States to work on some of the largest data centre projects in North America. You will join a globally recognised firm delivering hyperscale developments across multiple states and gain international experience.

Opportunities are across Tulsa, Omaha, Kansas City, Amarillo, and other senior roles. Offered salary of $140,000–$160,000 plus a 10% annual bonus, with a relocation package worth $10,000–$12,000

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience delivering complex commercial, infrastructure, or major construction projects.
• Must hold a British Passport.
• Open to relocating to the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work on major data centre projects across the United States.
• Deliver commercial and cost management across complex construction programmes.
• Collaborate with a leading global consultancy on international relocation opportunities.
