Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Lincolnshire-based team. You will manage the commercial and contractual elements of maintenance projects with Local Authority and Housing Association clients.

You will lead valuations, variations, cash flow, and subcontractor payments, and supervise junior staff. A degree in Quantity Surveying and main contractor experience are preferred. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Degree or other technical qualification.
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor.
• Strong commercial awareness and track record delivering on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Produce valuations, claims, budget monitoring and contract data.
• Support authorisation and submission of project variations.
• Maximise cash flow through control, measurement and invoicing of work.
