Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Civils/Groundworks contractor near Fleet. The role offers a clear path to Commercial Manager within 12 months, with a package of £60,000–£65,000 plus car allowance or a car, and 1 day working from home, plus a benefits package.

You will oversee cost control on Groundworks-heavy projects up to £2m, build relationships with clients and subcontractors, mentor junior staff, and eventually progress into Commercial Management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Civils or Groundworks.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior surveyors.
• Strong cost control and procurement knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence.
